Registration for Introduction to Publishing workshop

26th March 2025, 10:30am – 12.00pm

Do you work for a funder that is interested in sharing their grants data using the 360Giving Data Standard?

This workshop will enable you to find out more about the 360Giving publishing process from our friendly publishing team who will guide you through the key stages – from planning your approach, preparing the data and publishing the information openly. You will also be able to ask any questions you may have about what publishing 360Giving data will mean for your organisation.

There will be the a Q&A session in the final 15 minutes after the presentation has ended for those with any further questions who wish to stay on.

We will cover:

  • What information can be shared, and how to decide what to include in your data
  • The data protection implications of publishing grants data
  • How to prepare your data, and how different data systems can impact this process
  • What it means to publish your data, explaining the hosting and open data licensing options
  • The benefits of sharing your data in the 360Giving Data Standard
  • Who is this session for?

This workshop is the ideal introductory session for UK funders who are not yet sharing their grants data and want to understand more about the 360Giving publishing process, but it will also be useful for organisations who have committed to publishing and would like a refresh of the process.

This session will not be recorded.
