The 360Giving API is free software designed to help people explore data published in the 360Giving Data Standard.
It is offered as service without any warranty; including without the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The owner of this API is 360Giving. The API is operated by Open Data Services Co-operative Limited.
If you use the API, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy notice govern our (360Giving and Open Data Services Co-operative Limited) relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

You will require the end users of your products and services to comply with (and not knowingly enable them to breach) all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights (including without limitation laws regarding the import or export of data or software, privacy, and local laws).
You will not use the API, or any API response to encourage or promote illegal activity or breach third-party rights.
You will only access (or attempt to access) the API by the means described in the documentation of that API.
You may not misrepresent the source or ownership of data returned set out in an API response. You must acknowledge the source of the data set out in an API response in accordance with the terms of the Open Licence referred to below.

The API calls, API responses, and all other related materials are made available to you subject to these Terms and under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, providing appropriate credit to 360Giving and the publishers of the original data. In crediting 360Giving, please provide a link to the relevant data (where applicable) on GrantNav.
The names, images and logos identifying 360Giving and GrantNav are proprietary marks. Copying our logos is not permitted without prior approval.
Problems with the data
360Giving and the 360Giving API are not directly responsible for any of the data on this site. If you see a problem with data on this site this should be reported directly to the relevant organisation named in the Publisher:Name field.
The 360Giving API is covered by the 360Giving Take Down policy for requests to remove data that is published to the 360Giving Data Standard.
