Data Protection and Subject Access Request Policies
360Giving is committed not only to the letter of the law, but also to the spirit of the law and places high importance on the correct, lawful, and fair handling of all personal data, respecting the legal rights, privacy, and trust of all individuals with whom it deals.
360Giving’s Data Protection Policy details our obligations regarding the collection, processing, transfer, storage, and disposal of personal data. The procedures and principles set out must be followed at all times by 360Giving, its employees, agents, contractors, or other parties working on behalf of 360Giving.
If you feel that we have not complied with this policy or delivered the standards that you expect then we welcome feedback on how we can improve.
You have a right, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to access the personal data we hold on you. To do so, you should make a subject access request, and our Data Subject Access Request policy sets out how you should make a request, and our actions upon receiving the request.
